Welcome to The Quail and Olive, Carmel Valley's premier olive oil specialty store. My name is Annelise, and I am the owner of The Quail and Olive. My late father, Dr. Stephen Brabeck, was a cardiologist here on the Monterey Peninsula who believed in the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil. He founded our store in September of 2012, making us one of the very first specialty stores offering the highest quality fresh California extra virgin olive oil. Since then we have expanded to offer a wide variety of specialty food products, locally sourced vinegars, kitchen accoutrements, cookbooks, gift selections, skin care and more. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, be sure to stop by and visit us in the Carmel Valley Village; we have something for everyone.
