Refreshing and lightly floral in flavor, it shines in cocktails, mocktails, champagne, and desserts. Our elderflowers are foraged in the beautiful Carmel and Salinas Valleys and our lemons are grown on a family farm in Big Sur. Handmade in small batches in Carmel Valley, CA.
