25 Star Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Thick and black, the rich essence of balsamic vinegar brings excitement to salads, meats, and vegetables. This is a quarter century old balsamic from Modena, Italy and is our only non-Californian vinegar. Up to 25 years of aging transforms this vinegar into a thick and syrupy magic. Add to reduction sauces, brush on pork tenderloin, pour over poached pears, or even ice cream! Its uses are only limited by the imagination. It also pairs perfectly with any of our delicous California extra virgin olive oils or co-milled flavored oils.
