  • 4 filets ahi tuna
  • 2 tablespoons Minneola Tangerine Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 1 teaspoon Pear Ginger Wasabi Basalmic [BUY NOW]
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 papaya
  • 4 kiwis
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 pineapple

  • 4 filets ahi tuna
  • 2 tablespoons Minneola Tangerine Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 1 teaspoon Pear Ginger Wasabi Basalmic [BUY NOW]
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 papaya
  • 4 kiwis
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 pineapple
Seared Ahi Tuna Filets
Instructions
  1. In medium sauce pan heat 2 tablespoons of Minneola Tangerine Olive Oil.
  2. Sear ahi tuna steak/filets in pan for one minute on each side.
  3. Place filets in the center of the dish. Drizzle more Minneola Tangerine Olive Oil over the top of the seared ahi filets.
  4. Drizzle Pear Ginger Wasabi Basalmic over tuna filets.
  5. Peel and slice the fruit, place it around the seared tuna on a dish.
  6. Drizzle more Pear Ginger Wasabi Basalmic over the fruit. Drizzle more Minneola Tangerine Olive Oil over the fruit.
  7. Dip in soy sauce mixed with Pear Ginger Wasabi Basalmic and for an extra kick add a little wasabi. Enjoy!
