Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 24pieces stemmed mushrooms
  • 6pieces Italian hot sausages
  • 2teaspoons oregano
  • 1cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1teaspoon Quail and Olive Pacific Spice[BUY NOW]
  • 8ounces ackaged cream cheese
  • 1piece egg yolk
  • 1teaspoon Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil[BUY NOW]
  • 1/3cup dry white wine
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute sausage and oregano in a pan. Cook until sausage is cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove sausage into large bowl and cool.
  4. Meanwhile mix 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Quail and Olive Pacific spice, 1 teaspoon Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil, and cream cheese. Season filling with salt, and pepper. Mix in egg yolk.
  5. Brush baking dish with Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil. Brush cavity of each mushroom with a little white wine. Sprinkle cavities with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add filling to mushrooms. Bake uncovered until mushrooms are tender and top is brown, about 25-35 minutes.
