  • 24 pieces stemmed mushrooms
  • 6 pieces Italian hot sausages
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Quail and Olive Pacific Spice [BUY NOW]
  • 8 ounces ackaged cream cheese
  • 1 piece egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine

  • 24 pieces stemmed mushrooms

  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 ounces ackaged cream cheese
  • 1 piece egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute sausage and oregano in a pan. Cook until sausage is cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove sausage into large bowl and cool.
  4. Meanwhile mix 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Quail and Olive Pacific spice, 1 teaspoon Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil, and cream cheese. Season filling with salt, and pepper. Mix in egg yolk.
  5. Brush baking dish with Quail and Olive Garlic Olive Oil. Brush cavity of each mushroom with a little white wine. Sprinkle cavities with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add filling to mushrooms. Bake uncovered until mushrooms are tender and top is brown, about 25-35 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
