Prepare your Soberdough bread according to package instructions.
Start with a cut of grass fed, pasture raised top sirloin. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with a generous amount of Outlaw seasoning. While the steak absorbs the spices and comes to room temperature, prepare your grill.
Grill your steak to medium rare. When you take your steak off the grill, finish with a drizzle of Taggiasca olive oil (included in the deluxe bundle). Trust us, this adds an amazing rich, slightly spicy olive oil flavor! It’s the perfect compliment to steak.
While your meat rests, slice your bread and lightly toast.
Spread the desired amount of Twins Kitchen Horseradish Mustard on bread, add your steak sandwich toppings (ours include avocado, grilled onions, and arugula).
