Ingredients
  • 3cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1Tbsp Moroccan Spice Mix
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 5cups water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375*
  2. In stock pot, add pumpkin seeds ( works great with squash seeds as well) water, and salt. Boil for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain and reserve seeds.
  4. Transfer to bowl and add oil and spices.
  5. Place on jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
