Arugula and Blackberry Summer Farmers Market Salad
There is nothing better than fresh farmers market greens served with delicious balsamic vinaigrette.

  • 2 cups Baby arugula
  • 1 small basket fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced kumquats
  • 2 tbsp Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar [BUY NOW]
  • 2 tbsp Quail & Olive Mediterranean Blend Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil [BUY NOW]
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. In the large bowl combine together all the salad ingredients: arugula, blackberry , kumquats
  2. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  3. In the small bowl, whisk together both oils, vinegar and salt.
  4. Add dressing to the salad and toss it shortly before serving it.
  5. Enjoy!
