This is one fantastic oil, a gold medal winner in both the New York and Los Angeles International Olive Oil competitions in 2014. The oil comes from Bondolio Farms, in the heart of the Sacramento valley. Three Sicilian varietals, Nocellara, Biancollila and Cerasuola are blended to produce an oil of an aristocratic pedigree.
