Celery 2 Sedanini Pasta with Celery from Umbria 17.6 oz
This delightful short pasta is made with dehydrated Umbrian sedans nero. Sedano nero is a prized variety of celery grown near the town of Trevi and alone the ancient Citunno River. Slow Food International has recognized this celery variety for its compact shape, lack of tough fibers, rich flavor, rich color and high nutritional value. It adds delightful flavor and mineralogy to our classic show pasta.
Try with tomato sauces, rags blanco made with ground chicken, veal, or pork, and finely chopped green vegetables, zucchini or vegetarian rags. Cooking time 8-10mins.
