Italian Harvest has been importing pasta from the Marella factory in Puglia Italy since 2000. This Organic, artisan pasta is famous for its unique shapes and specialty selected, pure wheat blends sourced exclusively in Italy.
Unlike industrial pastas, many of Marella’s cuts are handcrafted using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies and then air dried at 37*C for 2-3 days. The result is a fragrant, flavorful pasta which expands when cooked, maintains its beautiful shape, and is ideal for holding sauce. $19.50
