Cooking Demo @ Q&O with Jason Balestrieri of The Meatery

Join us for a cooking demo at The Quail & Olive with Chef Jason Balestrieri of The Meatery butcher shop in Seaside. Chef Jason will give you some background and details about loin/flank beef, the types of dishes it is good for, along with tips to for how to prepare it. And of course, you’ll get to taste what he prepares as part of the demo! The cost is $45 per person, or $80 for couples. The shop will also be open after the cooking demonstration if you wish to purchase any other items!
